Fence Fixing...

A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Skip & Jean, Terry & Tammy, Pam, Pat, and Todd, Garth and Trenton for helping us tear down the old and put up the new!!! You know you have great friends when they give up their Fourth of July to work this hard in the blazing summer heat! You guys are the best!!

ABOVE & BELOW: After Skip has cut off all the fence boards, Deb janks the posts with "Bella" the biggie tractor, and Mark and Jean stack them to the side. Next morning, the old wood is loaded on a trailer to be hauled away...maybe for a BIG bonfire in the fall!!

ABOVE: Pam and Deb "supervise" as the guys build the brace posts...oh yeah, they did some work too!!

BELOW: Finishing the brace posts before running the fencing...and then we have to fill all those old post holes with rocks...thanks Pat!!

ABOVE: Taking a much deserved water break before tackling the board fence, which in the beginning looked miles and miles long....

ABOVE: Despite crooked boards, the team knocked out the fence in no time!!!
